My mother is 86 years old and fiercely independent. When her health declined, it was hard for her to ask for help. Each of us daughters tried in our own way, but we couldn’t meet her needs. Then Dr. Reed stepped in.
Dr. Reed personally assessed my mother’s condition and coordinated everything with kindness and professionalism. Some health issues were resolved quickly, others are still improving, but ECNW has been there every step of the way.
My mom now says she has no needs. Her independent self is back. The difference was clear: Dr. Reed wasn’t just a provider. She became the steady hand we all needed.

When anticipating my scheduled radical prostatectomy procedure, naturally many questions and concerns came to mind. Thankfully, my surgery was a success but my full recovery was the next step. I feel confident SAS was the key to my full recovery.
My aftercare for my prostatectomy procedure provided by SAS was exemplary. I felt confident with their care and made great progress daily until my complete recovery. Aloha and many thanks to the SAS team and many, many thanks for your caring.

My mother-in-law is currently out of state and living on her own. She wanted to continue living independently, but was in need of additional support getting to doctor’s appointments and managing her medication. Dr. Reed and her team were able to respond right away and win her trust. Now she is able to maintain her independence while remaining safe and healthy.

SAS (ECNW) helped me get over debilitating back pain and confusion and back to the activities I love in less than 3 months!

Senior Advocacy Specialists (Elite Care Northwest) has been an amazing support through this difficult time in my mother’s life. As her POA, I found myself navigating areas that were known to me as a nursing home administrator; and yet, they were different, this time it was my mother.
They have come in, supported my mother and us, her daughters. They have anticipated our needs. They provide services and communication, an amazing combination.

In the fall of 2019 I had a mammogram which showed a lump in my left breast. I scheduled for surgery in Kona where I live and the day before the surgery in December my records could not be found so surgery was cancelled. I would have had 8 weeks of radiation. In conferring with Dr. Reed I decided to travel to Seattle where she arranged for the different appointments and examinations. Another lump was found in my right breast which decided that I should get a double mastectomy and reconstruction in February 2020. During my two week recovery in Seattle Dr. Reed was there to administer to my healing. Thank you Dr Reed!
