Important Information for All Plans
We believe in full transparency — here’s everything you need to know before starting care:
Physician Availability
Our physician is on call Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to oversee care plans and provide support to families. Emergency calls are accepted on weekends for urgent needs only.
Physician advocacy is included in every care plan to ensure seamless communication between our care team, your loved one, and you.
Minimum Commitment
All care plans require a minimum one-month contract. We design care around consistency, and this allows our team to build meaningful relationships and stable routines.
Shopping Deposit
For errands involving purchases (e.g. groceries, pharmacy), families are asked to provide a $500 cash deposit in advance. All receipts and balances will be provided for transparency.
Transportation Fees
If the client does not have their own vehicle and chooses to use the caregiver’s personal car, a per-mile reimbursement fee will apply. This mileage rate is paid directly to the caregiver.
Insurance Disclaimer
We are a private concierge-style home health service and do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or third-party insurance billing. All services are billed directly to families.
